help you learn how to troubleshoot and maintain your computer!
Ok, so you have probably noticed already I'm not great with designing websites, *smiles*, but, my passion and
experience in maintaining and troubleshooting computers is my real area of professional expertise and I take it very
seriously.
I first started my computer consultancy after I moved to a much smaller rural city (100,000 people) and, within a few
weeks, found myself looking after 7 computers owned by family, friends and friends of friends. Before I knew it, I was
in business and I'm proud to say, I've never lost a client. Most of them become close friends because they know they
can trust me and they also know I will fix any problem they have to the best of my ability.
I'm sure that if you could troubleshoot your own computer yourself without the need to pay out for a professional on
many more occasions, that you would save big dollars and a lot of wasted downtime! This is a godsend, especially if
you have a website or online business where downtime could cost you money.
I would never profess to know it all, because no one person ever could, however, I do
believe that with the knowledge
and experience I have, that I would know where to find out about the problem if I didn't know the answer straight
away and tips on how you also can do this are in this ebook.
I use all the things in the ebook for my own computers and I actually just bought a new computer (7 months ago) after
my old computer just plain and simple wore out. Many of my
clients have told me they were lucky to get three untroubled
years out of their previous computers. I'd had my old
computer from new for 7 years, in which time, the only thing that went
wrong with it physically was the addon graphics card which I simply replaced and off she went again. So many people
think you can't do things to lengthen their life, but you can, and it's all in this ebook.
To my knowledge, no-one has ever sold an ebook online here that covers so many helpful tips,
or that gives
you the true basics I believe ALL pc users should know.
Everything in this book has been tried and tested on my real life clients.
Some of my clients first suggested I
should write a book with all the tips and tricks I have learned over many years of working with a wide array of different
computers.
I am a very honest person, and if I be honest with myself, I'm probably not a person who should be in business for
herself ... why? Because I teach my clients how to look after their own computer if they wish to learn it. They initially
came to me with their computer in turmoil. I cleaned it all up for them, and then taught them how to maintain it and
troubleshoot it themselves, but, it's not so good for me then, because they only come back for occasional advice or
something much more tricky like physically damaged hardware.
Many have told me of the financial horror they had
before coming to me where others in my trade would not fix the real problem and would have them coming back time and time again which cost them big dollars they can now save.
